Staging your property for viewings has made a huge difference in getting the best prices. We can provide contacts for landlords and vendors about staging information if required but we will always assist in making recommendations prior to commencing viewings and the cameras arriving.

First impressions are the most important so getting it right is paramount. We often see block viewings or an ‘open house’ as better options for certain properties and we conduct the marketing for this and supervise the actual events.

We don’t employ part time staff for viewings.  When you entrust us with selling or letting your property, our experienced consultants or directors will always endeavour to accompany all viewings if possible.

Our  service does not end when keys are collected on completion day.  We provide a key holding service for local contractors or deliveries for you so you don’t have to take a day off.

For new residents, we can provide trusted recommendations for many local services. We can also offer advice and assistance with any planned extension or refurbishment work and put you in touch with surveyors, architects and others. The service is designed to make moving into a new home and a new area that much easier.
